インターフェースと計算モジュールは、マイクロイプシロンセンサの応用範囲を拡大します。インターフェースモジュールは、センサー信号をデジタルまたはバス対応のインターフェースに変換するために使用されます。これにより、USB、RS422、Ethernet/IP、Profinet、EtherCATなどのインターフェースを多数のセンサに対応させることができます。また、演算ユニットは、複数のセンサ信号を記録し、互いに演算して出力する。これは、例えば、平面度の測定や厚みの測定などに必要なものであります。
