Fast - Smart - Durable

The new confocalDT IFC2461 is equipped with enhanced, optical components, which enable measuring rates of up to 25kHz to be achieved. Particularly with dark targets or when measuring the thickness of transparent targets, the advantages become clear. Compared with a Xenon light source, the integrated light source is more durable, resulting in reduced maintenance and purchase costs.



TIM: New catalogue for compact thermal imaging cameras

The new catalogue for compact thermal imaging cameras is hot off the press and encompasses all current products from the thermoIMAGER TIM series. An even larger choice of products including many new ones, detailed specifications of each camera and numerous graphics provide a comprehensive overview of all TIM products currently available Micro-Epsilon.



Turbo measurements using turboSPEED

Based on the eddy current measuring principle, the turboSPEED DZ140 measures the rotational speed of turbochargers in bench and field tests. It is optimised for thin turbine blades made from aluminium or titanium. The system is designed for harsh conditions, is fail-safe and thermally stable up to 285°C. Different sensors with different cable and thread types are available.



Oil gap monitoring in hydrostatic bearings

Hydrostatic bearings are used in many large plants. Monitoring the gap size is mandatory, as the bearings can be damaged if a fault occurs, which could result in ultimate failure of the system and high costs. The eddyNCDT 3001 non-contact eddy current displacement sensors have a robust, compact design with integral controller.
